EARRINGS

Just like Ellie did, Hadley has been asking for earrings. Ellie was a few months older when she got them. It went so well with Ellie, that we decided since Hadley was excited to get them, we'd go. Frank met us at Sweet and Sassy and Hadley did great. She sat still and did exactly what they asked of her. Looked at certain things so they could get them even with the pen, and sat REALLY still not moving. She didn't flinch when they put the guns to her ears. But she did jump as soon as it happened. She cried for really less than 5 seconds. As soon as she saw herself in the mirror and her earrings...she stopped. And then she got a lollipop and she was thrilled. She is loving her new earrings. As Ellie said, "Now all the girls in our family have earrings."
