Environmentalist of the Week

Each week in Gavin's class they have an Environmentalist of the Week. It is kind of like Star Student. He had to color a poster and we had to put pictures of him as a baby, now, and important events in between. His important events were becoming a big brother to Ellie, becoming a big brother to Hadley, Our vacation to Destin, and making a full field touchdown in football. :)

He also had to read a Save The Earth type book and write in a class journal about how he is doing his part. He wrote about how he recycles and use re-usable containers and water bottles in his lunch.

He was pretty excited to bring it all to school today.
