This year the Christmas season snuck up on us. I think because we had one less week with Thanksgiving falling later this year. I love doing Christmas crafts with the kids but this year we seemed to not have as much time. We did make these Christmas ornaments one night and the kids loved them. Crayon ornaments. I let the kids each pick a few crayons and we shaved them. Then we put them in a clear glass ball and put the hair dryer to it. As the crayons melt, you swirl the shavings around. They turned out pretty cute and the kids had so much fun making them. They were very proud to hang up their ornament on the tree!
